This is an IADC accredited course designed for those rig crew members holding a valid Level 2 certificate who wish to advance to Driller Level status. This includes Floor Hands, Derrickmen, and Assistant Drillers attempting to advance, or for those who currently hold valid Level 3 certificates and are maintaining their current accreditation. 

This is an IADC accredited course designed for those rig crew members holding a valid Level 2 certificate who wish to advance to Driller Level status. This includes Floor Hands, Derrickmen, and Assistant Drillers attempting to advance, or for those who currently hold valid Level 3 certificates and are maintaining their current accreditation. A valid Level 2 or Level 3 certificate is a prerequisite to attend this class. This is a 5-day course that follows the IADC recommended curriculum but includes additional well control material. Attendees will get hands-on experience with INP's DS5000 rig-floor simulator. To successfully complete this course and obtain Level 3 certification, each candidate must pass both a practical skills assessment on the simulator and an online course exam at the end of the class. The certificate is valid for 2-years after completion of the course.
